The Mummy is a Playtech poker machine based on the Mummy Returns movie from 2001. The game has eight different features which really keep things exciting and give you a lot of options to choose from.
Betting Limits
You have to play all 25 lines on The Mummy as there is no option to play less lines. This means you have a minimum bet of 25 cents per spin at the lowest credit level. At the higher end you can bet up to $25 per spin depending on where you play.
Wild Symbol
The Mummy symbol appears on the middle three reels and is wild for everything but the three bonus symbols.
Lost City Adventure Bonus
At any time during the regular spins you can be randomly awarded the Lost City Bonus. On this feature you pick tombs which reveal instant prizes or "Collect" which ends the feature. The first eight times that you win this bonus activates one of the other features.
Each of the unlocked bonuses effects the way the regular spins works and you can select to have any one of the unlocked features active at any time during regular play. The features in order of appearance are as follows.
Scorpion Scatter - The Scorpion King pas as a scatter symbol with a special section added to the game rules. Five Scorpion King symbols in any position pays a nice 100X total bet.
Expanding Mummy - This feature turns the wild Mummy symbols that appears on the middle three reels into expanding wilds. Get all three on the screen and you can win on up to 25 lines in a single spin.
Scarab Attack - Any wild Mummy symbol appearing on the middle reel adds another wild symbol to a random position on reels 2 and 4. This feature can turn a losing spin into a winning one.
Collapsing Reels - With the Collapsing Reels feature any wins are paid and then those winning symbols explode and are then replaced with more symbols. This can give you lots of different wins for just one paid spin.
Mummy Power - The Mummy Power feature turns the wild Mummy symbols into multipliers with 1, 2 or 3 as part of win multiplying the win by X3, X6 or X9. This option offers the biggest jackpot as you can get the top line win multiplied by 9 for a 90,000 credit pay.
Mummy Respin - A wild Mummy appearing on in any position is held and the rest of the reels keep re-spinning until a win is made. This means that every time a wild appears on the screen you are guaranteed to win something.
Extra Symbols - You can also win two extra symbols (Free Games and Mummy Hunt) that appear on the reels during all regular games.
Free Spins with Super Spin
If you've unlocked the Free Games symbols via the Lost City Bonus you can win 5 free spins by getting the symbols anywhere on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reel. During the free games any wild Mummy symbols are collected and this comes into play on the Super Spin.
At the end of the regular free games you get one Super Spin where wild symbols collected during the previous spins are randomly added to positions on reels 2, 3, and 4. You can collect a maximum of 9 wild symbols.
Mummy Hunt Feature
A Mummy Hunt symbol anywhere on the first and last reels awards the Mummy Hunt feature. ON this bonus you have to select either left or right to move through the pyramid.
Guess correctly and you win an instant prize and another guess. You can win up to 10 prizes if you guess correctly and manage to escape the tombs.
Players not accepted
